Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partners within 2 to 5 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order.

Multiple items, multiple parcels

If you order more than one product (for example, the Scratch Board and the Nail Grinder together), they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. This means your items can arrive on different days, that is expected, not a mistake.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information where it is available. Tracking updates can take a few days to first appear, and coverage can vary by destination.

Customs and import fees

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities on arrival. These are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
