Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase from The Smooth Paw.

15-Day Guarantee

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund.

To qualify for a refund, one of the following must apply:

Your dog will not use the product (please give it a genuine try first, most dogs need a few short sessions to get used to it)
The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described

Refunds are not offered simply for a change of mind after the 15-day window, or for normal wear from use.

How it works

In most cases, you do not need to send the item back. Contact us at thesmoothpaw@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (for damaged items, please include a photo). We will review your request and, once approved, issue your refund to your original payment method. We do this to keep costs down for everyone and to keep delivery free. We may ask you to return the item in some cases, at our discretion.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, it is issued within 5 to 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank or card provider to show it.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at thesmoothpaw@gmail.com. Once an order has been sent to our fulfillment partner for processing, we may not be able to cancel it, but you will still be covered by the guarantee above once it arrives.
